$120/session
The consultation is meant to gather more information, understand your background and goals, go over breathing techniques and foundational movement patterns to make sure we are a good fit for working together.
A one time consult is available for pregnant/postpartum athletes who want to continue their own workout plan or attend general fitness classes but would benefit from strategies and understanding of core and pelvic floor health.
1:1 Consultation Session
$95/per session
Trauma-informed personal training is a somatic intervention for trauma healing and nervous system flexibility.
Each session will focus on the body’s needs with consent, choice, and collaboration. The focus is on safely reconnecting with your body through practicing non-judgment, curiosity, and self-compassion.
Diet and weight loss services are not offered.

Non-Birthing Partner Support
$20/ per class
1st Sunday of the month, 11am-12pm
Whether you’re a partner, co-parent, or chosen family, this group is a space to connect, share, and feel supported in the transition to parenthood.
Dads, non-birthing mothers, partners, and other helpers need support, information, and connection, too. Parents and partners can also feel depressed or anxious after the birth or adoption of a child. In fact, research shows 1 in 10 partners will experience situational depression or anxiety. While partners may not experience the full range of hormonal changes or other factors that affect the birthing person, they do experience a change in their role. The pressure to be a good parent, along with lack of sleep, frustration over trying to soothe a fussy baby and fears of making a mistake all take a toll.

When: 2x a week, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:30pm-1:30pm

Price: $280 for a total of 8 classes/ $140 for 4 classes
This program includes general strength training for all athletic backgrounds, with coaching modifications that are individualized. You will also have check-ins and communication between sessions.
You’ll walk away with:
Poses, movements and exercises that are helpful in rehabbing the pelvic floor and core.
Breathing techniques to help you safely and effectively lift.
Progress in foundational lifts so that you can feel confident to lift in your daily life.

As a licensed mental health therapist with 10 years of working experience in the field and as a fitness coach for the past 8 years, I understand that emotions are experienced in the mind and in the body.
As a trauma-informed personal trainer, I am passionate about helping clients process emotions and reconnect with their bodies through healing and embodied movement.
I can’t effectively do this work without an acknowledgement and awareness of how my identities, roles, and privilege intersect with how I interact with myself and others. I am cisgender, white, middle class, able-bodied, and queer. I will never be the expert on your body and I will work collaboratively with you to promote healing through consent, nervous system regulation, and mind-body connection.
